We help New York homeowners evaluate and install solar energy systems, including free quotes, home assessments, and enrollment support for state solar programs. Information on the Site is for general purposes and is not a binding offer. Final pricing and eligibility are confirmed in a written agreement.
2. SMS / text messaging program
By opting in through the chat widget on our Site, you agree to receive text messages from NYSP INC dba New York Solar Program. Two types of consent are offered, and you may choose either or both:
- Customer care messages: responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling, reminders, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
- Promotional messages: special offers and service announcements.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. 3. Quotes and eligibility
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Site visits, utility data, and program requirements can change the final numbers. We may decline to provide services at our discretion.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false information, or interfere with its operation.
5. Intellectual property
The Site’s content, branding, and materials belong to NYSP INC and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Savings estimates depend on your energy usage, utility rates, and system performance, and are not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NYSP INC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York.
